Summer 2020 Teaching Evidence
I am a good teacher because my students do not feel like they have to do an assignment.  Instead, they are excited to engage in each assignment.
I created an incredibly dynamic online composition course to meet our comp 1 outcomes, and should submit it for an award.

Key features include:
Weekly one-on-one meeting between instructor and student
Weekly one-hour group meetings facilitated with an agenda
Students are confident and connected
Students learn with freedom and responsibility for their own work
Students used Open Office Hours to ask for help with additional projects
